Shipping Policy

We at Badariya understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

  • All orders are processed immediately and packed with love.
  • We will ship out your order within 24 hours of processing.
  • Our courier partners will deliver your products within an estimated 5-7 working days.

If You Have Received a Wrong/Damaged Product

Receiving a wrong or damaged product can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Human Error: Mistakes during packaging or labelling can sometimes lead to the wrong product being dispatched.
  • Transit Issues: Products can sustain damage during shipping due to rough handling or unexpected transit conditions.
  • Stock Mismanagement: Rare discrepancies in inventory may result in an incorrect product being picked.

While such instances occur in less than 2% of cases, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Guidelines for Exchanges and Returns

Inspect your package within 2 days of delivery. We cannot process returns, cancellations, or exchange requests after this period.

  • Wrong Product Received:
    • Return must be unused, unopened, intact, and in saleable condition.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.
    • Timeline: Inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Damaged Product:
    • Retain the damaged item and provide clear images of the damage before disposal.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.
    • Timeline: Inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Missing Product:
    • Inform us within 2 days of delivery if any item is missing.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.

Exchange Fees Applicability

In case you've mistakenly ordered the wrong item, a fee of INR 300/- will apply for pickup and delivery of the correct item. This fee covers logistics charges. Contact customer support within 2 days of delivery via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Email, or Call to initiate the exchange process.

Note: Refunds will not be initiated under any of these cases once the goods are sold.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

Submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order or before the shipment label is generated. Once the label is created, cancellation depends on the courier partner's cut-off. If shipment is picked up, cancellations are no longer possible. Prepaid orders cannot be canceled after processing.

We do not accept returns/cancellations once an order has been delivered.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

  • Delivery Unsuccessful Due to Courier Issues: We will prioritize reshipping. If you prefer cancellation, a coupon code equal to the order amount will be provided.
  • Order Dispatched & In Transit Refusal: Full refunds are not possible. If unavoidable, a shipping deduction of INR 300/- applies.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds via credit/debit card or net banking will be initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation from the payment gateway or bank.
  • Allow an additional 5–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.
  • Refund ID or Transaction ID will be provided if applicable.

www.badariya.com reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation under circumstances where requirements cannot be met. Communication regarding cancellations or applicable refunds will be made in a reasonable time.
